 Reporting to the President, Pete will tidy up the companys books as far as cost of goods sold data, sales commissions, job costing, etc, define margins better, and smooth out processes and procedures. Then he will move into a GM/ HR management role studying job processes, sales and design data flows, maximum profits on jobs, and help them define their organizational structure better.

 He sees opportunity:

 I can use my HR background to help grow the company, and it looks like it could be a good opportunity. The compensation is okay, especially with the opportunity to bump it up with profit sharing. The obstacles I faced were referrals from my past employer being just name rank and serial number. Win was a big help there.

 Most helpful was having a confidant in Win I could tell my concerns to and get good professional advice, letting me know the realities of the job hunt - what works - the great importance of telephone follow-up - giving me good ideas and materials to work with.
